These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and Xaxino ("xaxino", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the xaxino platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, betting products, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Xaxino is an online casino and sports betting information platform operated for users who choose to engage with real-money gaming services. The Platform is primarily targeted at users in Pakistan and is presented entirely in English. References to Pakistani payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are made for contextual familiarity only; they do not constitute endorsement by or affiliation with those providers.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform under any circumstances.
3. Jurisdiction: You must ensure that using the Platform is not prohibited or restricted by the laws applicable in your country, province, or territory of residence. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position. 4. Personal Use: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for another individual.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order from any gambling operator or responsible gambling scheme.
6. Single Account: Only one Account per person is permitted. Registering multiple accounts (whether under the same or different names) constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

To access the Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including a valid email address or mobile number, date of birth, full legal name, and any other details requested during sign-up.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory step required before withdrawals are processed and may also be triggered at any time in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Acceptable identification documents for Pakistani users typically include:

• A valid, government-issued Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or Pakistani Passport;
• Proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) where required by the operator;
• A selfie or liveness verification photograph as directed by the verification portal;
• Confirmation that the payment method is registered in the User's own legal name.

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official, secure HTTPS verification flow. Users must never send identification documents via unsecured channels, third-party messaging applications, or unverified email addresses. Xaxino will never request documents through unofficial communication channels.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• You will keep your Account login credentials (username and password) confidential and will not share them with any third party. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account.
• You will notify Xaxino immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your Account.
• You will not attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform, circumvent security measures, or interfere with the integrity of any game outcome.
• You acknowledge that participation in real-money gambling carries financial risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• You will not engage in any collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.

Xaxino reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, security reasons, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without prior notice and without liability to Users.

6.1 Deposits. Users may fund their Accounts using payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier section. The availability of specific payment channels, including those familiar to Pakistani users (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or cryptocurrency), depends on the operator's current offerings. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own legal name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed prior to the first withdrawal and may be required again at the operator's discretion;
• The User's Account must not be flagged for suspicious activity or breach of these Terms;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before real-money funds linked to a bonus can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and are subject to operator review and third-party payment provider timelines — the Platform does not guarantee instant processing;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and per period as indicated in the cashier.

6.3 Currency. Where amounts are discussed in these Terms or on the Platform, Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) are used where contextually relevant. The operative currency for an Account is determined at registration and in the cashier.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering. Xaxino operates in compliance with AML obligations applicable under its licensing jurisdiction. The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay or decline withdrawal requests pending compliance review, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without notifying the User.

7.1 General. From time to time, Xaxino may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournaments, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which shall form part of these Terms when accepted.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum convertible amounts will be specified in each Promotion's individual terms. Users should review these carefully before opting in to any Promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim a Promotion more than once;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other software to place wagers on behalf of a User;
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to neutralise wagering risk ("arbitrage" or "bonus hunting");
• Providing false personal information to access a Promotion.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal. Xaxino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a User's Account will be honoured subject to any applicable wagering requirements, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

8.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets are accepted in accordance with the sportsbook rules applicable to each market. Xaxino offers betting markets across cricket (including PSL and ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other sports. Cricket and PSL references are used as sports context only — Xaxino is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC, or any team. Bets are settled in accordance with the relevant market rules and confirmed results from official sources.

8.2 Live / In-Play Betting. In-play market odds update continuously. Bets accepted at specific odds are binding. The Platform reserves the right to suspend markets during live events (for example, during a review, wicket, or goal) without liability. Users accept that connectivity interruptions may delay bet placement and that only bets with confirmed acceptance timestamps are valid.

8.3 Casino Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and crash games — operate based on documented Return to Player (RTP) percentages and, where applicable, provably fair algorithms. RTP figures cited on the Platform are illustrative example ranges unless otherwise stated. Actual RTP may vary by game version, operator configuration, and play session.

8.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of an error, malfunction, misquote of odds, or technical fault, Xaxino reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No claims for winnings arising from a demonstrable system error will be honoured.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Registering under a false name, providing false date of birth, or impersonating another person;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your Account;
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to place wagers, interact with the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or misconfigured bonus terms for financial gain — such exploits must be reported to support immediately;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of betting outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with Platform software;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive conduct, or threats directed at other users or Platform staff.

Xaxino is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, which Users are strongly encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard session cut-offs to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through customer support or account settings. Once applied, self-exclusion will prevent access to the Platform for the specified duration.

The Platform is strictly for adults. Users must be 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Platform software;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from Xaxino.

Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal proceedings.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xaxino, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

12.2 Xaxino does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any specific game or betting outcome will be achievable.

12.3 Xaxino's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gambling licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is determined by the applicable operator licence and is communicated in the operator's licensing disclosure within the Platform.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Xaxino's customer support escalation process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, or to binding arbitration if so specified by the operator's dispute resolution policy.

Pakistani users are specifically reminded that these Terms do not override or supersede the laws of Pakistan. Users must independently ensure their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Xaxino does not provide legal advice on Pakistani law and does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan.

Xaxino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Users will be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform, by email, or through in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless more urgent implementation is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent changes were made. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
